AFPC ProKids Assembly

On Friday, October 24th, Aspen School students and families were treated to performances by Tim Hannig from ProKids.  ProKids (People Respecting Others) provided two assemblies during the school day for students.  Students were treated to magic, puppetry, humor and singing.  The message Tim provided was focused on making good choices (even when no one is looking), always try your best, and respecting others.  Teachers and students were able to get in on the act.

The evening performance was attended by over 600 people.  The full house crowd was treated to more magic, puppetry, singing, humor and laughter.  The evening performance reiterated the messages shared with students earlier in the day.
Special thanks to the Aspen Family Partnership Council for hosting the Family Night.  A very special thank you to the Hawthorn PTO!  Money allotted to Aspen School through the kindness of the PTO was used to help support the program.  Without PTO support we would not have been able to offer this event to our families at Aspen.  Please remember to support PTO fundraisers so we can continue to bring fabulous experiences like this to our Aspen Families.
